Write Once. Reach Everyone.
Most breeders are doing the work of three people. You are not just running the program, you are also the marketing department. Birth photos go to one Facebook group, a litter update goes by email, your waitlist gets a separate text, and the marketplace listing is whatever you remembered to update last week.
The Outreach Hub collapses all of that into one place. One composer, one audience picker, one publish button, and the announcement reaches every channel you chose, in your voice, on your schedule.
One inbox-style hub for every announcement: filter by status, plan, program, or category. Suggested posts surface the moments worth sharing.
You already make these announcements. They just live in five places.
Right now a single litter update probably goes through:
- • An email to approved buyers
- • A separate email to the waitlist
- • A Facebook Page post
- • An Instagram post (different photo crop, different caption)
- • A marketplace listing edit so the public profile is current
- • A reminder to anyone who emailed you last week asking for an update
Where it gets expensive:
- • The five versions drift, wrong birth date on Instagram, wrong color counts on Facebook
- • You have no idea who saw what, so you re-send "just in case"
- • Half of it doesn't go out at all because you ran out of time
- • The marketplace profile sits stale, which is the one place buyers actually decide
One composer means one canonical update. Every audience hears the same story, in the right voice, at the same time.
One Composer, Every Audience
Open the Outreach Hub, pick the parent (a breeding plan or a breeding program), pick the visibility, and write. The composer is the same whether you are sending to twelve approved buyers or to the entire public marketplace.
📋 Plan Announcements
Scoped to one breeding plan or litter. Birth updates, weighing photos, weaning notes, go-home checklists. Only families connected to that plan see it.
🐾 Program Announcements
Scoped to a whole breeding program. Upcoming pairings, new health-test results, titles earned, program news, waitlist openings.
🎯 Audience Visibility
Pick any combination: Buyers Only (in their portal), Marketplace Only (your public profile), or Both. The same announcement, the right audience.
📧 Email on Publish
One toggle sends the announcement by email to every eligible buyer when you publish. No mail-merge, no separate "newsletter" tool.
📸 Rich Media
Attach photos and short videos straight from your media vault. Every program photo you have already uploaded is right there in the picker.
📝 Drafts & Audit Trail
Save drafts, schedule for later, unpublish if you change your mind. Every action is recorded with who, when, and what changed.
One composer: write the post, let Scout AI tune the tone, pick the channels, hit publish.
Scout AI Writes the First Draft
Pro & EnterpriseMost breeders do not stop posting because they don't have anything to say. They stop because they don't have time to write it. Scout AI drafts announcements from the actual data in your account (the litter name, the parents, the birth date, the color counts, the program) so you start with a real post, not a blank page.
✍️ One-Click Drafts
Click "Draft with Scout" inside the composer. Scout reads the plan or program you are posting from and produces a complete, on-brand draft with the right names, dates, and details.
🎚️ Tone Adjustment
Same draft, different voice. Switch between Friendly, Professional, Excited, and Concise with one click. Scout rewrites without losing the facts.
🔒 Your Data, Your Privacy
Personal information about your buyers (names, emails, phones, addresses) is pseudonymized before any AI request. Scout sees the program facts, not the family list. Read the AI Privacy Policy →
👤 You Always Approve
Every draft is a draft. Nothing publishes until you read it, edit it, and click publish. Scout writes the first version, you ship the final one.
Scout AI Quiet Guidance
Pro & EnterpriseThe hardest part of breeder marketing isn't writing, it's remembering. A puppy hits weaning and the photo never goes out. A dam earns a title and your buyers never hear about it. Quiet Guidance fixes that without nagging you.
How it works
Scout watches for moments in your program where an update is overdue or genuinely worth sharing, and surfaces a gentle suggestion in the Outreach Hub:
- • "Your Sundance × Juniper Star plan reached the Birth phase 6 days ago, would you like to share a birth announcement?"
- • "Willow's CGC title was added to her record, your waitlist would love to hear about this."
- • "It has been 3 weeks since your last program update. Here is a draft about the upcoming spring breeding."
Each suggestion comes with a starter draft you can publish, edit, or dismiss in one click. No notifications, no popups, no pressure, just a quiet list waiting for you when you open the Hub.
Every Channel Your Buyers Actually Use
Pick the channels per announcement. Some posts belong to your inner circle of approved buyers. Others belong on the public marketplace. Some belong everywhere. The composer lets you decide.
🏠 Client Portal Feed
Approved buyers and waitlisters see new announcements in their portal feed the moment you publish, with a sidebar dot badge so they know there is something new.
📧 Email on Publish
One toggle sends the same announcement by email to every eligible buyer at the moment of publication. Branded with your kennel, replies come back to your Communications Hub.
🌐 Public Marketplace Profile
Marketplace-visible announcements appear on your public breeder profile as fresh, dated content, exactly the kind of activity prospective buyers and search engines look for.
📘 Facebook Pages
Connect your Facebook Page once. After that, a single toggle in the composer publishes the same announcement to your Page with photos and a backlink, UTM tags included automatically.
📸 Instagram Business
Same toggle, same announcement, posted to your connected Instagram Business account. No copy-pasting captions, no resizing photos. The composer handles it.
📊 UTM Tracking
Every social link is auto-tagged with UTMs so you can see in Google Analytics which channels actually drove traffic to your marketplace listing or program page.
Know Who Will See It. Know Who Did.
Before you publish, the composer shows you exactly who is going to receive the announcement. After you publish, reach metrics tell you who actually saw it.
👀 Audience Preview
"This will reach 42 approved buyers and 18 waitlisters via portal, plus the public marketplace profile." See the count before you commit. No more guessing whether the visibility settings are right.
📈 Reach Metrics
After publishing, every announcement shows three numbers: eligible, emailed, and seen. Direct evidence of how the message landed, no guessing.
When a buyer messages you to ask "did you send an update on the litter?", you can answer from data instead of memory.
Outbound and Inbound. One Marketing Module.
The Outreach Hub and the Communications Hub are two halves of the same Marketing module:
📤 Outreach Hub
Outbound, one-to-many.
Announcements, program updates, litter news, social posts. Write once, reach buyers, the waitlist, the marketplace, and your social accounts.
📥 Communications Hub
Inbound, one-to-one.
Replies, inquiries, portal DMs, marketplace messages. Unified inbox, templates, document bundles, auto-replies.
They share contacts, they share your kennel branding, and they share a single marketing surface, so your buyers experience one consistent breeder, not five disconnected tools.
Stop Posting Five Times. Post Once.
One composer. Every audience. Scout AI does the first draft.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Outreach Hub?
The Outreach Hub is a single place to write breeder announcements once, target the right audience (your buyers, your waitlist, or the public), and publish them through email, your client portal, your public marketplace profile, and Facebook and Instagram, all from one composer. It is part of the Marketing module on the Pro and Enterprise plans.
How is this different from the Communications Hub?
The Communications Hub is your unified inbox for inbound conversations: emails, marketplace inquiries, and portal messages from one buyer at a time. The Outreach Hub is the outbound side: announcements, updates, and posts that go to many people at once. They share contacts and templates but solve different problems.
Where can announcements be published?
In the in-app portal feed for approved buyers and waitlisters, on your public marketplace profile, by email to the eligible audience, and directly to your connected Facebook Page and Instagram Business account. You can pick any combination (buyers only, marketplace only, or both) for each announcement.
Can I scope an announcement to one breeding plan or one program?
Yes. Announcements can be plan-scoped (only the families in that plan see it) or program-scoped (everyone following that breeding program). Plan announcements are great for litter updates; program announcements work for upcoming breedings, health-test results, and program news.
What does Scout AI do in the Outreach Hub?
Scout AI drafts announcements from the actual data in your account (the litter, the program, the birth date, the colors, the parents) and adjusts the tone (Friendly, Professional, Excited, Concise) without rewriting the post yourself. It also offers Quiet Guidance: gentle suggestions on what to share next when you have not posted in a while, based on what is happening in your program.
Will my buyers actually see the announcement?
Yes, and you can prove it. Every published announcement shows reach metrics: how many buyers were eligible, how many were emailed, and how many have actually seen it in the portal. No more "did anyone get my update?".
How does social publishing work?
Connect your Facebook Page and your Instagram Business account once in the Social Accounts page. After that, the Outreach composer has Facebook and Instagram toggles. Checking them publishes the same announcement to those platforms with photos and a backlink to your marketplace listing. UTM tracking is added automatically so you can see in your analytics which posts drove traffic.
What if I do not know what to post?
Scout AI Quiet Guidance watches for important moments in your program (birth, weaning, placement, a new title, a health-test result) and suggests an announcement topic with a starter draft. You stay in control: every suggestion is a draft, never auto-published.
Is the Outreach Hub included in my plan?
Plan announcements (litter updates) and Program announcements (program news) are included on Pro and Enterprise. Scout AI drafting and tone adjustment, Facebook and Instagram publishing, audience preview, and reach metrics are also Pro and Enterprise features.
